Real Life Superheroes
The children in EYFS have really enjoyed learning about 'Real Life Superheroes' during the Summer term. We are very lucky to have had visits from a number of different 'People who help us' including some parents of the children in Reception.
Noah's Mum brought in a skeleton and told us what it is like to be a Physiotherapist. We had a visit from two nurses, including Mrs Bailey's daughter Sam and Jack's Mum. The children loved having a go at bandaging each other up!
It was really exciting when a real police car drove into the Reception playground! Kerry and Matt were Community Support Officers and they even let some of the children try on their uniforms.
Jacqui from the RNLI came in this week and helped us learn about staying safe on the beach and in the sun.
We have loved learning about all the different jobs people do to help us. Bailey's Dad came in to teach us about his job as a videographer which was also really interesting. We loved watching the technology in action.
